There are so many Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are alone in Canada and have loved ones abroad and want to bring them to Canada. Many of those are eligible to apply under Family Sponsorship after meeting the certain criteria. The Canadian government offers them  different pathways to bring their relatives to Canada under Family Class Sponsorship.  These are one of the  most generous family reunifications programs in the world offered by Canada. Canadian government is committed to keeping families together whenever possible.

Relationships that qualify for Family Class Sponsorship, includes spouses and common-law partners, parents and grandparents, and dependent children. For parents and grandparents,  there is separate program which is called Super Visa.
